Role Overview:
As a Patient Care Coordinator (Aesthetic Sales) at LaserAway, you play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of our hair removal and non-surgical cosmetic services. If you are a confident, high-integrity, customer-centric individual with a track record of sales success, we want to hear from you. You will handle consultations and generate enthusiasm for our non-invasive procedures, supported by warm leads provided by our expert marketing team.
Compensation:
Enjoy a competitive pay rate of $18.00 per hour. Additionally, this role will participate in our lucrative, uncapped commission plan. We are committed to rewarding talented sales professionals who are committed to excellence.
On average, our Patient Care Coordinators make anywhere from $60,000- 90,000 annually on average with the hourly and commission combined.
Key Responsibilities:

Initiate sales by scheduling appointments with warm leads; conduct initial consultation; and describe LaserAway’s treatments with an excellent knowledge base.

Close sales by building rapport with potential patients; explaining product and service capabilities; overcome objections; prepare financing contracts with lenders such as Care Credit.

Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.

Create client retention by upselling additional products and services.

Recommend new products and services by evaluating the current aesthetic treatment process.

Manage front desk duties such as checking patients in/out while ensuring a positive and warm experience and maintaining a clean and professional clinic.

Help clinicians in between appointments by “flipping” rooms.

Uphold brand standards for the clinic including dress code and etiquette.

Required to work on weekends on a weekly basis.
Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years sales experience required, commission base structure preferred

Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask, stay attentive to patients, and be flexible to business needs

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
