Job Summary
Assumes responsibility for direct nursing care of assigned patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician in the patient care area.
Job Responsibilities
Utilizes knowledge of patient’s age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care. The LVN/LPN contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through techniques that support and achieve positive outcomes in patient care.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program.
Certifications
Required: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. CPR
