Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized wound care and treatments to residents based on their individualized care plans
• Administer medications and maintain accurate treatment records
• Monitor residents' progress and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary care team
• Ensure treatments and protocols comply with all regulatory guidelines and facility policies
• Work closely with nurses, CNAs, and other staff to deliver quality care

Qualifications:

• Active California LVN license
• Previous experience in wound care or treatment nursing is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow treatment plans accurately
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
