About the Role
We are partnering with a long-time client of ours in finding a skilled Associate to join the M&A Analytics team. As a senior member reporting to the Managing Director, the Associate will lead junior analysts, manage competing priorities, and oversee valuation processes. Expertise in EBITDA-based valuation models and client relationship management will be critical to ensuring defensible valuations and supporting successful transaction closes. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients, manage valuations end-to-end, and collaborate with the broader M&A team in a dynamic, success-oriented environment. Required Skills, Education, and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field.
- 3 or more years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, or Corporate Development.
- Firm understanding of accounting, finance, and EBITDA-based valuations.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self starter who can prioritize and execute.
- Naturally curious and passionate about creating solutions for clients.
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
