M&A and Integration Director at KBW Financial

A high growth organization is looking for a Director of Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions to join their team. This individual will be responsible for all financial modeling, due diligence and deal execution for all M&A activity for the firm. The Director will manage the activity of a small team. 
The role will report directly to the CEO. Ideal profiles are coming from PE, VC, Investment Banking or Corporate M&A roles with strong transaction experience. 

Job Description:
- Source, evaluate and execute on acquisitions
- Financial modeling for the evaluation of such opportunities
- Business partner to internal and external business leaders 
- Build and execute strategic plans
- Deal structuring and negotiations
- Qualitative market and competitive resarch
- Hire, train and manage the activities of a small team

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced degree a strong plus
- Client service experience a strong plus: VC, PE, Investment Banking 
- Significant transaction experience
- Management experience a strong plus
