Title - MAC Support Technician
Location - NYC (Hudson Yards)
Duration - 3 months + possible extensions

MAC resource to work on a Big Sur OS upgrade/File Vault encryption for 3 months (starting asap) in NY.
Responsibilities :
Set up/replace/ configure 3-5 MACS per day

- ~3 to 5 years of experiences supporting apple devices in corporate environment.
- Intimate knowledge of Mac OS 10.x through Mac OS 11.x.x
- Oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate information to audiences at all levels of the organization as well as provide
- end-user documentation and self-help solutions.
