Machine Learning Engineer at AKKODIS

Akkodis is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer for a Contract job with a client in Plano, TX (Hybrid). You will work closely with business units and architects to implement innovative solutions that enhance software applications.

 

Rate Range: $58/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

 

Machine Learning Engineer job responsibilities include:

• Creating prototypes and preparing UML diagrams to outline current and future application states.

• Participating in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.

• Leading the supervision and development of software initiatives to ensure the timely delivery of stable and quality deliverables.

• Developing, enhancing, testing, supporting, and maintaining software applications that support various business functions.

• Assisting senior business leaders with strategic technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives.

• Coordinating collaboration with external programming teams to deliver software on time and within budget.

• Providing feedback and technical guidance to project managers on critical issues affecting business objectives.

• Designing and implementing machine learning pipelines, including data collection, processing, model training, and deployment.

• Building and training deep learning models using frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, with experience in deploying ML models in production environments.

 

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of hands-on experience in developing large-scale enterprise applications using AI/ML and Java/J2EE.

• Proven experience in creating machine learning pipelines, including data collection, processing, and model deployment.

• Familiarity with deploying machine learning models in production environments and working with cloud technologies.

Pay Details: $58.00 to $68.00 per hour
