We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contract Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will leverage Snowflake Cortex capabilities to automate and streamline operational processes. The role requires a strong background in programming, along with an in-depth understanding of sales tools and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Automation & Streamlining:
- Leverage Snowflake Cortex capabilities to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Design, develop, and implement automated solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Project Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Define project requirements, create detailed work plans, and manage project schedules.
- Ensure alignment with stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Utilize Snowflake to perform complex data analysis.
- Generate insightful reports and dashboards to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Sales Tools & Processes:
- Deep understanding of various sales tools (e.g., CRM systems) and processes.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify pain points and develop solutions to enhance productivity.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with engineering, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
- Sales Tools Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and their integration with Snowflake.
- Understanding of sales processes and metrics.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and, Python.
- Familairity with Snowflake and its Cortex capabilities.
- Familiarity with data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
- Project Management:
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Communication:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Duration:
- This is a contract position for a duration of possibility to convert full time at the end of the assignment.
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $81,400 -- $220,700 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
