Overview:

A San Francisco-based AI research lab, with a team of around 15 members, is actively seeking three Machine Learning Research Engineers to join their innovative team. The lab focuses on advanced AI projects with the ambition to compete with top tech giants like Google. Technologies Utilized:

Python

TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn

Key Qualifications:

2 to 15 years of experience in a machine learning role (while experience is valuable, enthusiasm for AI and a startup mindset are more important than years of experience).

Ability to code a transformer model from scratch using PyTorch.

Comfortable working with and building large-scale datasets.

Passionate about solving important problems and understanding the significance of acquiring high-quality knowledge for the world.

Graduate-level education in machine learning from a top-tier university (transcripts or proof of grades required).

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and train machine learning models.

Build a Reinforcement Learning from AI Feedback (RLAIF) pipeline for enhancing search capabilities.

Experiment with innovative model architectures—if you dream up something new, code it up and test it against current models!
