Job Responsibilities
Pay Details: $19.80 to $22.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machines, including removing finished products.
- Communicate effectively with the production team, including toolmakers and inspectors.
- Perform general maintenance and other tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
- Monitor CNC and production machines for issues to ensure all parts meet specifications.
- Measure finished products using calipers, micrometers and other gauging instruments.
- Check and maintain oil levels, filling machines with the appropriate lubricants as needed.
- Utilize various measuring devices (micrometers, plug gauges, ring gauges, pressure pins, etc.).
- Visually inspect and gauge manufactured products against specifications to minimize scrap by ensuring accuracy.
- Work from blueprints and engineering drawings
- Maintain product identification and follow preventive measures to avoid product mix-ups.
- Ability to read and work from blueprints
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Prior machining experience preferably with CNC machinery
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Above-average fine motor skills and finger dexterity for handling finished products.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.
- Familiarity with measuring devices, including micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc
- CNC operator experience is preferred.
