Pay Details: $17.50 per hour

What You’ll Do as a Manufacturing Associate:
In this role, you’ll be integral to producing and ensuring the quality of life-changing medical device implants—such as plates, pins, and rods. You’ll learn the ropes of inspection, finishing, and precise measurement, all while contributing to a team that’s dedicated to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lift up to 25 lbs regularly (and occasionally up to 50 lbs).
- Participate in production, inspection, and finishing processes.
- Use gauges for precise measurements.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality.
- Complete documentation in compliance with FDA standards.
- Keep a clean, organized workspace.
- Stand throughout your shift (8-12 hours) and be available for overtime, including weekends or holidays when needed.
Requirements:
- No Experience Needed! We welcome motivated, detail-oriented individuals, and we’ll provide the training.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is essential.
Training & Schedule:
- Training: First shift for approximately 2-4 weeks: Monday to Friday, 6 am-2 pm (first day arrival time: 7:40 am).
- 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2 pm-10 pm.
Compensation:
- 2nd Shift: $17.50/hr. Once hired with the compnay you will get a raise!
