Machine Operator, 3rd Shift - 665
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Location: 76 Acco Drive, York, PA 17402
We are looking for new Machine Operators . Reporting to our Production Supervisors, you will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.
Shift: 3rd Shift (Sunday through Thursday) with occasional overtime
Hours: 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM
Pay Range: s tarting at $18.50/hour and up, based on experience
Shift Differential: $0.75/hour

* Material Handler operating a forklift while organizing and moving material around
* Reroller Operator operating a machine that winds and cuts rolls of flooring
* Demolder operating overhead cranes to remove flooring material from large molds
* Roto Grinder operating a machine that grinds tires into small crumbs
* Peeler Operator operating a machine that peels off layers of flooring from the molded flooring material
* Die Cutter operating a machine that cuts shapes out of flooring
Core Contributions:
* Prioritize your personal safety and the safety of your teammates. You are empowered to act and stop work if you see something unsafe.
* You will start each shift with a team huddle and stretching.
* Set-up your machine at the start of each shift.
* Work with the materials and machines, following standard procedures.
* Take manual measurements to ensure high quality.
* Participate in regular training and cross-train others.
Essential Experiences:
* High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience
* Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on your area
* Need to have flexibility to work overtime as needed
