Everest Recruiting is excited to announce openings for dedicated Machine Operators at a leading manufacturing facility in San Marcos. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity where you can grow your skills and make a real impact!

Compensation:
Earn between $16.50 - $18.98 per hour based on your shift!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned machines efficiently to meet production schedules.
• Adjust machinery as needed to maintain high-quality standards and optimal efficiency.
• Conduct thorough inspections and functional testing to ensure product quality.
• Engage in real-time quality analysis to foster continuous improvement in processes.
• Perform root cause failure analysis for any products that do not meet functional tests.
• Carry out routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on manufacturing machines.
• Collaborate closely with the Maintenance team to address machine issues and errors.
• Document and report problems clearly and promptly to relevant personnel.
• Collect and enter data accurately, including nonconforming parts, scrap, and production figures into Access and Excel files at the end of each shift.
• Utilize JD Edwards to log scrap and finished goods production information throughout your shift.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to good housekeeping practices. Clean assigned machines as directed, and report any machine issues during cleanup activities.
