Machine Operator Assistant - All StarZ Staffing & Consulting, LLC

All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Machine Operator Assistant for an immediate opening with a flexible packaging company in Auburn, WA (near Auburn Memorial Stadium). We're looking for someone with general production & warehouse experience to ensure products are made correctly. This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity - this company prefers to promote from within!


Pay for the Machine Operator Assistant:

• $20 per hour
• Quarterly production bonus
• OT Bonus program ($100 bonus per OT shift)
• Attendance incentives

Location:

• Auburn, WA: Near Auburn High School and Auburn Memorial Stadium
• Bus line accessible: The job site is just a 9-minute walk from the nearest King County Metro stop (Route 160)
• Conveniently located near a grocery store

Schedule for the Machine Operator Assistant:

• Day shift
• Rotating schedule
• 7am – 7pm
• OT opportunities available (plus OT bonus!)

Machine Operator Assistant Duties:

• Setup resin blenders
• Monitor and control production when Machine Operators are absent
• Gather and maintain stock of approved production materials
• Verify product weights and check for non-conformities
• Verify instrument calibration prior to use
• Maintain production documentation
• Package and label unused, raw material returns

Machine Operator Assistant Qualifications:

• Related experience preferred
• Must have good math skills for weighing and measuring
• Must be able to maintain regular attendance
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
