Machine Operator at Manpower

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator I to join their team. As a Machine Operator I, you will be part of the production team supporting the supervisors and lead operators. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, be a problem solver, and a team player which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator I

Location: Bradenton, FL

Pay Range: $16.00 per hour + $1.00 2nd shift differential pay

What's the Job?

• Operate production lines and carry out daily tasks assigned by supervisors and/or lead operators
• Ensure a safe and efficient operation of the production line and conduct the first quality control check while packaging the product
• Follow standardized work processes and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
• Inspect products to ensure quality and customer specifications throughout the shift
• Notify lead if individual notices any issue with equipment on the production line

What's Needed?

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read policies & procedure manuals
• Ability to safely operate/use hand and power tools
• Ability to use measuring instruments (calipers, thickness gage, dial indicator, etc.)
