We are currently looking for individuals to join the 2nd and 3rd shift.
+ 1st Shift Grinding: $17/hour
+ 2nd and 3rd Shift Grinding: $18/hour
+ 1st Shift Assembly: $15.50/hour
+ 2nd and 3rd Shift Assembly: $16.50/hour

Duties:
We have two departments we are hiring for; Assembly and Grinding. Job responsibilities for both are as follows, but not limited to:
+ Maintaining a safe work environment
+ Responsible for completing control plan inspections
+ Load, unload, sort and inspect proper component parts and assemblies according to control plans and ensures accurate assembly
+ Efficiently runs and operates all required equipment
+ Completes line start-ups and changeover activities
+ Completes other job duties as delegated by department Shift Supervisor or Manager
+ Cross-trains into different areas as needed to help maintain production demands
+ Steel Toed Boots are Required

Position Requirements:
Assembly: Required to frequently lift up to 45 pounds; occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch; rarely required to crawl
Grinding: Same requirements as assembly along with; occasionally push/pull up to 80 pounds; rarely lift up to 80 pounds.
+ Manufacturing experience not needed
+ Ability to perform basic math all units of measure
+ Ability to read and interpret documents and write reports
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
