shift Are you looking to develop your skills as a Machine operator? Are
you mechanical inclined and Machine operator experience? If so, Masis
Staffing is currently hiring for a 2nd shift Machine Operators for our
client in East Longmeadow. The successful candidate will need experience
setting up machines, monitoring their operations, and ensuring they run
smoothly Responsibilities of a Machine Operator: Coordinate and oversee
the activities of machine operators to ensure smooth and efficient
production processes. Train new machine operators on equipment operation
and safety procedures. Monitor production output and quality to identify
and address any issues or discrepancies. Perform regular inspections of
machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify any
maintenance needs. Enforce safety and quality standards to ensure a safe
and productive work environment. Requirements of a Machine Operator:
High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and write in the
English language. Ability to stand for 8 plus hours and able to lift up
to 20 pounds on a frequent basis. Good working knowledge of basic
arithmetic and the ability to calculate percentages. Excellent
leadership and communication skills. Strong mechanical aptitude and
understanding of production processes Compensation/Benefits for the
Machine Operator 2nd shift Salary: $17.40 /hour
