Job Title: Machine Operator II
Pay: Min 19.82/hr, Max $19.82/hr
1st shift, 6am -2:30pm

In this Function You Will
" Understand and proficiently operate assigned machines/presses
" Troubleshoot various machinery problems
" Identify and tag tubs according to shop orders
" QC and document all parts run on machines
" Retrieve and enter data into SAP computer system
" Inventory components and supplies as needed to ensure efficient and timely production
" Keep work areas clean and safe
" Other various duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
Required Qualifications
" Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
" No relocation package offered. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the work location to be considered for this position. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitations.
Preferred Skills
" Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
" More than 6 months of experience with forming or bending machines
" More than 6 months of experience reading drawings or blueprints
" Experience confirming that parts conform to specs using measuring tools.
" Able to operate machinery and presses safely
" Able to read, accurately interpret and produce parts from blueprints and shop drawings
" Able to identify different gauges and types of raw material
" Able to accurately read tape measure, scales, and calipers
" Able to work effectively and productively as member of a team with minimal supervision
" Able to stand on feet continuously during working shift.
" Able to lift and bend on a continuous basis
" Able to regularly lift 50 pounds without assistance.
" Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment as required by company policy and procedure.
" Exposure to cold/heat weather conditions while shipping doors are open
" Fast paced working, while maintaining safety priorities
