Job Summary:

• Job Title: Machine Operator
• Location: Kearney, NE
• Schedule: 3rd Shift, Monday - Friday 10:30 PM - 7 AM 
• Pay: $21.70/hour

As a Machine Operator, you will set up and operate machinery to meet job specifications with skill and precision. You’ll be working with advanced tools and instruments ensuring products meet the highest standards. Familiarity with metric measuring systems is a plus and a keen eye for detail is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machines according to specifications.
• Skillfully use machine tools, hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Conduct sorting, checking, and inspection of finished products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
• Be available for overtime as needed with flexibility for increased hours.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with metric measuring systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
