Adecco is assisting a local manufacturer in recruiting for a current CNC Machine Operator opening. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to manufacture precision medical and industrial blades. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that our products meet the highest standards. You will collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of orders while maintaining a cleanroom environment.
Responsibilities for this CNC Machine Operator job include, but are not limited to:
Operate CNC machines to produce precision blades.
Conduct inspections and gather data to verify product quality.
Adhere to cleanroom protocols and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Troubleshoot machinery issues to ensure efficient operations.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Use precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers.
Qualifications:
CNC machining experience required.
Proficiency in blueprint reading preferred.
Experience with calipers, micrometers, and vision systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Basic math skills and computer proficiency are essential.
Experience working in a cleanroom environment is a plus.
Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for the duration of the shift.
Good organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a self-directed environment.

Pay Details: $21.50 to $23.65 per hour
