Role
As an Extrusion Line Operator and Blender (also known as Production Machine Operator, Manufacturing Technician), you'll be responsible for the successful production of finished materials. This includes adhering to safety policies and protocols, operating machines and equipment at optimum performance levels, performing minor maintenance tasks, and ensuring product quality and operational efficiency.

- High School diploma or equivalent. A 2-year technical school or college certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in plastics extrusion/molding is a plus.
- Proficiency in machine operations, basic math, and English. Spanish language skills are a plus.
