Manufacturing Administrator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Manufacturing Administrator for a growing industry leader in trailer accessories in Charlotte, NC. As a Manufacturing Administrator, you will be responsible for creating and issuing purchase orders, handling customer orders and running and maintaining daily reports.
This is not a remote work from home position.
Pay Range:
$15.00 to $17.00 per hour depending on experience.
Schedule and Hours:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Manufacturing Administrator Duties and Responsibilities
- Material procurement – create and issue purchase orders and create Sales and Work orders using Sage Software.
- Receive and complete work orders daily and “Closing” completed work orders daily/weekly.
- Printing and processing customer purchase orders and creating daily invoices and emailing to appropriate customer portals with attached material receipts.
- Maintain a daily “Non-Conforming Materials” report log to identify patterns and non-conformances.
- Run daily – Open orders Report, Daily Shipping Report & Material Shortage Reports and researching daily production variances to minimize monthly inventory adjustments.
- Maintain filing system for all employee training records.
- Review EOM Statements from vendors and research variances at the instruction of the Controller.
Manufacturing Administrator Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to effectively interface with a variety of people at various technical and management levels.
- Conducts oneself only in a professional way while associating with all internal and external customers
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (word, Excel, Access, Outlook), data entry ability, and knowledge of databases and spreadsheets.
- Proficient in time and project management with strong analytical and math skills and detail oriented.
- Works in a safe manner always and consistently provide a safe work environment and ensuring adherence to all State and Federal guidelines and Industry regulations.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit and reach with hands and arms lifting up to 35 lbs.
Full-time, temporary to permanent.
