Machine Operator/Production at ADECCO

Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing facility in Manchester, NH who is looking to hire additional machine operators and production staff on 3^rd shift! These are temp to hire, full time opportunities.

Position: Machine Operator/Production
Schedule/Shift: 3^rd shift Shift: 11:00pm – 7:30am Sunday – Thursday. OT may be available
Pay Rate: $17-$18 an hour

Job Duties:

• Operate and monitor machines to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials for production.
• Record production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus but not required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machinery preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
