WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT the Machine Liquid Operator Role:
• Must have at least 6 months of production/manufacturing experience.
• B shift hours: Sunday-Tuesday, 7 pm-7:15 am; Wednesday, 7 pm- 1:15 am
• C shift hours: Wednesday, 1 pm -7:15 pm; Thursday-Saturday, 7 am -7:15pm
• D shift hours: Thursday, 1 am -7:15 am; Thursday-Saturday, 7 pm -7:15am.
• $21 - $26.85 per hour, depending on shift
• Weekly pay
Overview of the Machine Liquid Operator Position:
• The Operator is responsible for staging and mixing raw materials on the lines.
• Perform the duties of a Machine Liquid Operator 1.
• Operate batch controller systems
Perform data and SAP entries.
• Perform viscosity and quality checks on the line and sampling
• Correct the consistency of the paste in a mixer and transfer the chocolate as needed
• Operate equipment PLCs
• Package finished goods
• Track inventory, clean magnets, and document HACCP
• Cross-train to perform all functions of an Operator 3, Machine Liquid
