About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual that can be cross trained for roles including Shipping and Receiving as well as Track Press Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Process incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips

• Pack and ship outgoing orders according to customer specifications

• Setting up and operating track presses according to job specifications.

• Maintaining consistent production output and quality standards.

• Monitoring equipment performance and identifying potential issues.

• Performing routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks.

• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Dependable nature with strong work ethic.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
