MACHINE OPERATOR - Various Shifts - Spherion

Now hiring for machine operators. Spherion in Conway, SC currently has a couple machine operator opportunities available for various shifts to support our customer in Myrtle Beach, SC. Our machine operators will be working a third shift with some OT. The machine operators will support our customer by operating and maintaining the machinery used in manufacturing and production. Responsibilities:
- Monitor production processes to ensure appropriate machine output focusing on safety standards.
- Controlling and adjusting machine settings (e.g. speed) along with inspecting the equipment to identify any maintenance needs or potential issues
- Feeding raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of waste materials.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business forms
- Ability to adapt well to change
- Ability to work well in a fast paced work environment

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year work experience required
