Machine Operator - Hamilton Connections

Currently seeking experienced Machine Assistants to fill positions with a large manufacturing company located in West Springfield, MA.

Long-term temp to possible hire!

Benefits/Compensation

Weekly Pay – 2nd shift Shift starting at $18.27/hr

Responsibilities of the Machine Assistant

· Assist in the successful operation of the machine

· Work with machine operator to control the speed of the machine to meet production goals

· Assist in keeping the area neat & clean

· Responsible for utilizing any personal protective equipment that is necessary for the task

· Ensure that safety is the top priority

· Diagnose & troubleshoot minor machine issues; escalate as needed

· Maintain accurate production records

· Complete assigned tasks in a safe & timely manner

Requirements of the Machine Assistant

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Good time management skills

· Must be a self-starter who can work efficiently with little supervision

· three months experience in manufacturing preferred, not required

· Ability to stand on your feet for the entire shift

· Ability to reach, stretch, push, pull as needed
