Machine Operator - Strategic Employment

We're looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team at a leading manufacturing company! In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining complex machinery, ensuring top-quality production.

What You'll Do:

• Operate a variety of high-speed machines following strict protocols.
• Perform routine setups, adjustments, and inspections to maintain optimal machine performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues, ensuring smooth production flow.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to optimize production processes.
• Prioritize safety by adhering to all company regulations and using personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator (experience in a fabrication shop a plus).
• Strong understanding of production procedures and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
• Strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training programs.
  

Hourly rate is $20-30/hr + benefits
