The hours are 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Overtime Weekends may be required.

Inspect equipment/parts to determine repair or replacement needs.

Source and price replacement parts.

Prepare detailed customer quotes and job tickets for assigned tasks.

Create troubleshooting analysis reports and repair quotes.

Report material defects, rework, delays, or issues to Operations Manager, sales reps, and customers.

Ensure inspection documentation is accurate and complete.

Regularly update job status in the ERP system and communicate with the team on project deliverables.

Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and respect in daily work interactions.

Qualifications:

Experience in machining repair and service industry.

Previous experience in estimating or service writing.

Ability to read complex drawings and use precision measuring tools.

Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.

Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and failure analysis skills.
