About the Job
We're seeking a dynamic Machine Shop Manager to lead our machinists and meet production targets. You'll manage your time between direct machining, grinding components, and supervising team operations. Working with manual and CNC machines, you'll ensure the production of high-quality parts.

- Program CNC machines with various software.
- Operate manual and CNC lathes, mills, and grinders.
- Inspect units for defects using precision tools.
- Train operators in machining and programming.
- Oversee department functions and improvement initiatives.
- Design fixtures/tooling for better processes.
- Maintain health, safety, and ethical standards.
- Manage production schedules for on-time delivery.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with MasterCam or similar.
- Skilled in CNC mills, lathes, and grinders.
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
- Able to read technical documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Other Skills:
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of machine maintenance.
