Machinery Field Service Technician - MRINetwork Jobs

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete and submit field reports that capture all time and work completed onsite at customer facilities
• Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance for the company’s textile manufacturing machinery
• Complete onsite system audits and evaluations
• Be mechanically proficient using tools and machine assembly knowledge to aid in production, testing, and commissioning start-ups
• Self-manage execution of travel arrangements,schedules,maintenance plans, goal achievement, and other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to travel an average of 60% of time
• Ability to work up to 12 hours days, either in-house or in the field
• Machine Diagnostics and Troubleshooting– MUST have Strong Electrical Background !
• Understanding of machine Blueprints, Electrical schematics, and other design documents
• Working knowledge of machine Electrical Controls including PLC Programming (Company Uses Automation-Direct PLC’s and Parker SSD Drives)
• Ability to bring and use One’s OWN hand Tools– MUST!
• Process and Mechanical Aptitude for complete machine set-up and disassembly
• Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• 5+years experienceworking with machinery, including electrical drives and controls
• 2+years experienceperforming Field Service
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication
• Proficient with computers, MS Office Suite
