What You’ll Do:

• Operate and set up state-of-the-art production CNC Swiss machines.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with a top-tier team to keep production running smoothly and solve complex issues.

What You Need:

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Availability to work 1st shift and at least one off shift (2nd or 3rd).

Exclusive Pay Progression:

• Year 1: Starting at $16.00/hr (no experience required).
• Year 2: Minimum $18.00/hr.
• Year 3: Minimum $19.00/hr.
• Apprentice Graduate: $22.00/hr and up.

Shift Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm (off shift)
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm - 7:30 am (off shift)
• Note: New apprentices start training on 1st shift (7:00 am - 4:00 pm).
