Machinist - Level 2 at Manpower

Our client in the industrial sector is seeking a Machinist - Level 2 to join their team. As a Machinist - Level 2, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machinist - Level 2

Location: Torrance, CA

Pay Range: $26/hr

What's the Job?

• Assemble, repair, and fabricate metal parts by operating mechanical equipment
• Use blueprints and design sketches to ensure the proper dimensions and tolerance levels of the finished product
• Assemble parts into sub-units or complete units
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and production goals are met
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to lift 30lbs or less
• Ability to operate moderate machinery
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
