Job Description:WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Experience with vehicle inspection and estimation is required
- Remove and install various parts including doors, seats, windshields, wheels, trunk lids, body panels, bumpers, hoods, glass, and upholstery
- Inspecting body, frame, and suspension components for damage
- Repair of vehicle damage such as dents, scratches, leaks, and frame misalignment
- Must be able to Mig, Tig, Spot Weld and Wet Sand
- Troubleshoot and Repair Mechanical/Electrical deficiencies using accepted and published repair procedures
- Perform proper automotive body filler application to new car standards
- Advise of any workplace hazards
- Work in a team environment with minimum supervision
- Perform other duties as needed
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Graduation from high school, GED, or equivalent required
- 5 to 7 years of vehicle mechanical experience
- A.S.E. Certification with a minimum of 5 Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) courses (A1-A8).
- Must be able to provide own tools
- Must be able to read and understand schematics/blueprints
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English in person, by phone, or by radio
- Knowledge of current safety practices and understanding of the associated hazards with this position and ability to apply proper safety precautions, review instruction manuals and safety labels for all equipment and materials used for this position
- Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., frequently stand, walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Must possess a valid driver's license & drive manual and automatic transmissions

The pay or salary range listed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum projected rate of pay for the specific position across our United States locations. Equally as important, as a team member, individual earnings may consider knowledge, skills, abilities, work location and related factors. The current hourly rate for this position is $33.99 per hour.
