Job Duties:
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC Index Multispindle machines for efficient production in a Medium- High Volume facilities
- Identify and propose solutions for optimizing work methods and performance.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and completing necessary documentation.
- Completed PCC Corporate Safety Training program.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as CNC Lathe Operator
- Ability to set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes for high-volume production (100+ units).
- Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning & tolerances with proficiency in using various measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
- Ability to interpret and modify basic CNC programs using G & M codes (CNC code)
- Experience with Siemens controls
- experience with Index Multispindle machines, Haas Lathes, Index Lathes, and screw machines.
