What You Will Do:
* Support and engage inourvision of improving lives

* Be a disciple and leader of continuous improvement
Position Details:
* Work hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm with some overtime available
* Mentor trades workers in best practices in machining of work pieces
* Ensures efficient and quality machine shop services
* 50% production machining. 50% RandD, mfg. support
* Receives requests for fabrication and/or repair of machinery, equipment, and/or component parts
* Inspects work, in progress and completed, to ensure conformance to specifications
* Support other manufacturing departments with fixturing, tooling, and design
* Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists employees in solving work problems
* Works closely with engineering team for new product development and design review
* Performs related work as required including programming of G code through CAD/CAM software
* Other responsibilities, as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
* High School Diploma/GED required
* 5 years' experience in manual machining
* 5 years' in CNC machining
