Mail Associate (Floater) - The Millennium Group

Responsibilities:

• Process Daily Incoming Mail ( USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) and delivery to intended recipient.
• Process Daily Outgoing Mail ( FedEx, UPS, etc.) meeting all required deadlines.
• Ability to utilize established mail tracking software for both Incoming and Outgoing Processing of Mail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and coworkers.
• Computer skills: Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn and use Microsoft Teams for customer communication.
• Must be able to work at multiple site locations if needed within the Scranton, Pa. area.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1 to 2 year experience in a mail room or experience at FedEx and/or UPS.
• Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
• Must have valid driver license.
• Ability to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.
