Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our shipping center, providing excellent customer service, and managing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
+ Work onsite from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
+ Take passport photos for clients.
+ Utilize Microsoft Suite and basic computer skills for daily tasks.
+ Process outgoing shipments using FedEx, USPS, and UPS.
+ Use a mailing system for outbound shipments and tracking.
+ Provide administrative support including sorting, filing, and data entry.
+ Assist with laptop equipment returns.
+ Manage material flow and materials management in the mailroom.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and basic computer skills.
+ Experience in processing shipments with FedEx, USPS, and UPS.
+ Strong administrative support skills including sorting, filing, and data entry.
+ Excellent customer service orientation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Notary certification.
+ Previous mailroom experience.
+ Experience in taking passport photos.
Work Environment
You will be working in a dynamic and fun team environment. The role is 100% onsite at our shipping center. The team is supportive and collaborative, making it a great place to work every day.
