Job Title: Mailroom Clerk
Location: 2220 Colorado Ave., USSMO - Santa Monica, CA
Pay Rate: $19/hr on (W2)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Mailroom Clerk to manage our daily mail and package deliveries. This is a Union position with excellent benefits. If you are motivated to work in a team environment and are willing to join the Union, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver U.S.P.S. mail, newspapers, and packages from UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Amazon.
Order supplies and assist in organizing conference rooms.
Lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs (rarely).
Ship packages and mail using meter machines and shipping software (Worldship, FedEx.com).
Navigate delivery routes using a mail cart.
Qualifications:
Must have a GED or High School Diploma.
Computer savvy with strong communication skills (experience with radio communication is a plus).
Self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to join the Union upon hire.
