Role: Mainframe Developer IMS DB & CICS
Type: Contract
Work Location: Wilmington, DE (Onsite day 1)
Contract Duration: Long term
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.
" Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
" Proficient in coding in one or more languages.
" Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages.
" Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
" Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
" Hands on experience in IBM-Z/OS COBOL, CICS,IMS DB/DC, DB2, VSAM, JCL, CA7, Changeman/Endeavor Mainframe application development suits and IBM WebSphere MQ messaging solution.

- Perform L3 support
- Perform Maintenance and support activities
- Able to provide support on Weekend (rotation basis)
- Support nature is 13*7 (rotation basis)
- Flexible to work in Shift ( 2 PM to 11 PM). This is mostly for week in month
- Able to co-ordinate with offshore team
- Good knowledge of Support process.
