Responsibilities:Position provides routine daily services and special projects to maintain the plant at a functional and operational level. Under direct supervision of Chief Engineer, performs duties requisite to assisting in all lines of preventative maintenance, maintenance and repairs as required to assigned hospital equipment. Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one-year maintenance experience in building maintenance. To include heating air conditioning electrical and plumbing; should have the ability to read plans.
- Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
- Possess decision-making skills.
- Ability to follow through with appropriate actions as situation warrants.
- Able to work well with other departments and visitors in friendly and effective manners.
- Able to prioritize simultaneous situations.
- Must possess a valid California Drivers License
