Job Summary and Qualifications

*1. Coordinates and performs payroll activities.

*2. Initiates and coordinates all functions of Purchase Orders and/or Check Requests.

*3. Coordinates annual maintenance contracts.

*4. Oversees departmental distribution of mail.

5. Coordinates and maintains the departmental Policy and Procedure Manual, including specialty reference material, such as Safety, Hazardous and Infectious Materials Management.

*6. Coordinates interior signage, furniture, and reupholstering for facility.

*7. Purchases and monitors facilities utilities.

8. Represents CJW/JWH Engineering, Housekeeping, and Telecommunications/PBX Departments to Education Resource Committee monthly meetings.

9. Maintains records and assists the Director and the Management Company with CMC/JWH Medical Office Buildings and Off-Site properties.

10. Assists Director and Assistant Director daily.

11. Coordinates environmental monitoring for Lab, Pharmacy. Engineering, and other areas of CMC/JWH semi-annually.

12. Performs general office functions.

13. JAHCO records and other duties.

EXPERIENCE

Required – 3 years experience in related clerical activity.

Preferred – Prior work history in a maintenance environment.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Required - High school graduate.

Preferred –Trade school or equivalent in use of office equipment, PC’s, calculators, etc.

This is a Full Time Day shift position
