We are seeking an ambitious, experienced MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATOR for the manufacturing operation located in Cullman, Alabama.
Responsibilities:Main Roles and Responsibilities of Position:
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and work orders.
- Maintain the machine equipment files.
- Create purchase orders for machine spare parts and equipment.
- Tracking of purchase orders and delivery dates.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies, machine spare parts, and its database.
- Work with Finance to solve invoice related issues
- Knowledge of SAP or other related purchasing software.
- Assist with the coordination of projects and Work Orders
- Obtain quotes for machine spare parts on a regular basis.
- Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Other duties as assigned
- Salary Range $48k-$62K
- Some flexibility in work schedule
Education and/or Experience Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- Data Entry
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, etc.
