Requirements for this Role
2+ years of experience in a customer support, sales, or other client-facing role
Demonstrated customer-first mindset
Consummate team player - we’re a lean team!
At least 2 years of college studies (incl. community college)
Ability to work 4-5 days per week in our office in Hoboken, NJ
Ability to walk or utilize a motorized scooter around Hoboken (~1 square mile radius)
Nice to have, but not required
Property management or other real estate experience
Experience in a growth-oriented start-up or small business environment
Experience conducting light maintenance work (replacing light bulbs, utilizing a screwdriver, etc.)
