The qualified applicant for this position must be able to stand, walk inside & outside in all weather; be able to stoop, kneel, bend, and climb depending on job; be able to do heavy lifting and moving; and is subject to emergency calls. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting the Maintenance Director with the following:
Requirements:
- Must have knowledge of safety regulations pertinent to a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Must have knowledge of supplies and equipment used by the department and the care of the equipment

Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting the Maintenance Director with the following:
- Care, maintain and repair facility property and equipment
- Regular inspection of property and equipment for compliance with safety regulations.
- Handles incoming and outgoing freight, lifts and moves heavy furniture and equipment
- rotating on call weekends
Requirements:
