The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for painting and repairs to keep the facility in good repair and safe for residents, staff, and visitors. Assist Maintenance Director as needed. Follows established Federal, State, County and City codes and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

· 1+ years’ experience in health care related maintenance and plant operations.

· The ideal candidate will have experience in painting.
