Maintenance Assistant - Ransomville Manor

Ransomville Manor, an Assisted Living in Ransomville, NY, is looking for a Maintenance Worker. We are looking to fill a Full-Time position in which you will report to the Maintenance Director to carry out tasks assigned to you. You will work closely with other Maintenance Workers as well.

The work schedule can vary and includes every other weekend. Hours will be discussed at interview.

Duties will include: Fixing and maintaining mechanical equipment, buildings and machines; painting; electrical repairs; heating and air conditioning system maintenance; stocking vending machines; accepting deliveries. Maintaining facility grounds as well as maintaining the building itself.
