This position is responsible for facility maintenance operations, both interior and exterior, under the direction of the Maintenance Director. Additional duties will include electrical/plumbing work, light construction, appliance installation, drywall patch/paint, and putting in an occasional day of housekeeping when necessary. Candidate will also help coordinate with outside service vendors to help projects run smoothly, have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years maintenance experience. Working with seniors and various state/local agencies for inspections is a plus!
