- Perform all minor and major repairs, modifications and preventive maintenance tasks on building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems.
- Maintain inventory control.
- Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors.
- Assist with 24-hour emergency maintenance schedule
- Complete ground work as assigned which may include picking up trash, removing debris, sweeping curb and dumpster areas.
- Responsible for alerting Executive Director of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that has taken place or that may occur.
- Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned.
- Assist with maintenance needs in units and common areas of the community.
- Conduct preventive maintenance actions as assigned.
- Utilize a wide variety of hand and portable power tools.
- Perform apartment renovations including painting, cleaning and repairing.

Job Requirements
- 2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment
- Able to work weekends and holidays
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent work ethic
- Able to complete work orders
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Interested in learning and growing your skill set
