Maintenance Associatre - MPW Industrial Services

JOB FUNCTION:

The position is responsible for maintenance of projects, lawn work, and various other duties including:

1. Completing maintenance projects on all company owned facilities and properties

2. Performing various maintenance projects such as painting, updating lighting, and other tasks.

3. Performing other duties as directed.
   

1. Ability to carry/lift up to 75 lbs.

2. Ability to maintain a consistent workload that involves heavy manual labor.

3. Ability to bend, stoop, squat, sit and maneuver in confined spaces

4. Ability to operate forklift, skid loader, backhoe, zero turn mower, stand-up mover, and snow plow.

5. Ability to read and understand labels and written and verbal directions.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent, some High School Education acceptable.

2. Must have the ability to work in a detailed and safe manner.

3. Use of certain cleaning chemicals.

4. 3-5 years of maintenance and/or construction experience.
